ARCADE GAME MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS
We have a $100 Diagnostic Fee to determine what is wrong with a game, then hourly if repair takes more than about an hour. Hourly rate: $75 per hour, plus parts. If your game requires extensive repairs, we can work out transportation to our shop, but most things can be removed, fixed here at the shop, and returned. We are only available for onsite repairs on WEEKENDS.
SERVICE AREA
We DO have a drive fee of $25 for locations 20-30 miles from Tucker, GA. This covers part of our time and our gas. This is calculated with google maps, driving from our location to yours, using interstates (we avoid 92, for instance). We may or may not take a job depending on the DRIVE TIME. Depending on your location, 25 miles could take over an hour in Metro Atlanta. We reserve the right to pass on the job or charge a larger drive time fee. We no longer do any monitor repairs. We are happy to diagnose the issue and remove the monitor from your game, but any repairs will be referred to David Countryman in Dallas, GA.
We do not offer redemption game support (skee ball, claw games, etc.).
